1. General 1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments, and services of Miss. Elegance™ | Laser Hair Removal | Wax | Alkmaar, located at Doelenstraat 6 in Alkmaar. 1.2 By making an appointment via WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and conditions. 1.3 Miss. Elegance™ | Laser Hair Removal | Wax | Alkmaar reserves the right to refuse clients if this is necessary for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.
2. Treatments & Results 2.1 All treatments – such as laser hair removal, waxing, and skin-friendly hair removal techniques – are performed professionally and with the utmost care. 2.2 Results vary per person and depend on skin type, hair growth, hormones, and other factors. No guarantees are given regarding permanent results. 2.3 For optimal effect, it is essential to follow the specialist's advice, both before and after the treatment.
3. Appointment & Cancellation 3.1 Appointments can be cancelled free of charge, regardless of the reason. Please notify us preferably at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp. 3.2 In the event of repeated no-shows or failure to comply with house rules, Miss. Elegance™ | Laser Hair Removal | Wax | Alkmaar reserves the right to refuse further appointments. 3.3 House Rules: – Arrive clean, fresh, and on time. – Treat the specialist with respect. – Always bring a towel (we charge an extra €15 for forgotten towels).
4. Payment & Rates 4.1 All prices for laser and wax treatments include VAT. 4.2 The rates are listed on the official price list of Miss. Elegance™ | Laser Hair Removal | Wax | Alkmaar and are subject to change without prior notice. 4.3 Payment must be made immediately after the treatment via debit card or cash.
5. Health & Safety 5.1 Clients are required to share medical information prior to the start of the treatment, such as: skin conditions, medication use, allergies, or pregnancy. 5.2 Miss. Elegance™ | Laser Hair Removal | Wax | Alkmaar is not liable for complications resulting from the withholding of relevant information. 5.3 In case of doubt or contraindications, a treatment will not be performed.
6. Liability 6.1 Treatments are at your own risk. Miss. Elegance™ | Laser Hair Removal | Wax | Alkmaar is not responsible for any damage or side effects, unless there is gross negligence. 6.2 Clients are advised to consult a doctor beforehand if in doubt. 6.3 All treatments are performed according to applicable guidelines and with high-quality equipment suitable for virtually all skin types.
7. Privacy & Data 7.1 No personal data is stored, except for making appointments via WhatsApp. 7.2 All data is automatically deleted after 90 days. 7.3 Miss. Elegance™ | Laser Hair Removal | Wax | Alkmaar operates fully in accordance with GDPR guidelines and never uses customer data for marketing purposes.
8. Force Majeure & Cancellations In the event of force majeure – such as illness, power outages, or weather conditions – an appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge.
9. Complaints Procedure 9.1 Are you dissatisfied with a treatment? Report it immediately so that a solution can be sought together. 9.2 Complaints can be submitted via WhatsApp. A response will be provided within 14 days.
10. Changes to General Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. The most current version is available in the salon or upon request via WhatsApp.
11. Applicable Law These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall preferably be resolved through consultation.
